We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their established team, servicing clients across Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches.
In this role, you will be a key representative of the business, delivering high-quality residential plumbing solutions while building strong relationships with customers.
You will utilise your technical expertise and customer-focused approach to identify needs, provide tailored recommendations, and contribute to business growth through exceptional service and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Maintain residential and strata plumbing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues onsite.
Prepare accurate quotations and present tailored solutions to customers.
Identify, recommend, and convert maintenance and upgrade opportunities.
Perform general plumbing maintenance and repairs.
Complete blocked drain diagnostics, clearing, and CCTV inspections.
Repair, service, and install hot water systems.
Complete gas repairs, servicing, and installations.
About You Licensed plumber with proven experience in residential maintenance, repairs, and fault finding.
Ability to diagnose issues onsite and provide clear, practical solutions to customers.




Strong communication skills with the confidence to discuss recommendations and upgrade opportunities.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a customer-facing role.
