You will work on a range of but not limited to, - Mergers acquistions; - Shareholder, partnership agreements; - Joint ventures agreements; - Corporate governance; and - Business succession agreements.

About you The ideal candidate will have; - At least 5 years of post admission experience within corporate commercial law.
