We're currently searching for aproactive, problem solving Level 3 Engineer / Senior Systems Analyst to join one of Australia's most successful organisations, to start asap!
Supporting and optimising enterprise SaaS platforms including (but not limited to) Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid, Smartsheet and other productivity tools, this role combines platform administration, Level 3 support, systems analysis and stakeholder engagement.
You'll help maintain platform health, improve operational efficiency through automation and ensure teams get the most value from their technology solutions.
To be succesful in this role, you should have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
A passion for getting to the root cause of an issue is essential,



as is a strong technical background in: Administering enterprise SaaS platforms (beyond basic user management) Level 3 support, systems administration and/or technical analysis Analytical and problem-solving skills Automation, scripting or APIs Understanding business needs and translating them into practical solutions You're someone who enjoys tackling complex problems, working collaboratively with stakeholders and finding better ways of doing things.
