Account Manager – Sydney Fire Protection Specialist Provider $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Car allowance Sydney NSW, Australia Full-time We're offering an opportunity to join a Sydney Service team as an Account Manager, focused on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our contracted customer base while growing revenue across the Sydney metro area.

About the Role: Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of contracted clients across the Sydney area Act as the primary single point of contact for clients to resolve issues efficiently Attend customer monthly, quarterly, and annual contract review meetings Identify upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewal opportunities to drive revenue growth Provide accurate quotations for additional compliance and defect rectification works Liaise with technicians, subcontractors,
and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery Assist with the AFSS planning process and ensure technical advice is delivered clearly to clients Conduct regular building and site audits to ensure works meet Australian Standards and WHS regulations About You 5 to 7 years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally with leadership experience Solid technical knowledge of the fire industry, legislation, BCA, and Australian Standards A Diploma in Project Management, Business, Fire Technology, or a relevant trade qualification Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical safety issues clearly Proven track record of meeting commercial targets, managing deadlines, and resolving complaints Solid understanding of financial principles including budgeting, forecasting, and quoting Current Australian driver's licence and a Construction Induction White Card (essential) FPAS Accreditations, Working at Heights, or Confined Space tickets (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits Competitive base salary with clear, structured revenue and growth KPIs Structured environment with tools and resources provided to successfully manage your accounts Ongoing training, professional development, and opportunities to advance your technical base Supportive team setting with weekly team meetings and strong operational backing from technicians and management Established brand and compliance offerings - you focus on relationship management and portfolio growth If this sounds like your next career move, we want to hear from you.
