Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established construction contractor with extensive experience delivering major building and infrastructure projects across a range of high-compliance industries. Their portfolio spans mining, heavy industrial, energy, defence, commercial building, refurbishment, concrete and civil, as well as health and education projects.

As a Site Foreman, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day site operations across residential and commercial construction projects. You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This permanent Townsville-based opportunity offers a Monday to Friday roster and a competitive salary of up to $150,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate trades

/n

- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements

/n

- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

/n

- Monitor site compliance and maintain accurate site records

/n

- Support successful project delivery from start to completion

About You

/n

- Trade qualification with a strong building background preferred

/n





- Previous experience leading residential or commercial construction projects

/n

- Ready to step into site leadership or already established as a Foreman

/n

- Strong communication and organisational skills

/n

- Commitment to safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork
