Fogarty Search is partnering with a high-performing national firm to appoint an experienced lawyer into its Corporate team in Melbourne.

/n

The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong national integration and commitment to developing senior lawyers into visible, influential roles within the practice.

/n

This prospect will suit a motivated lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE across M&A;, corporate advisory, private transactions and/or ECM, gained from a respected law firm or in-house environment.

The team advises across:

- Private M&A; and corporate transactions

/n

- Capital markets and capital raisings

/n

- Listings and ECM matters

/n

- Venture capital and growth-stage investments

/n

- Corporate governance and advisory

/n

- Commercial contracts and strategic arrangements

/n/n

You will have the opportunity to play a significant role on transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with partners who are deeply invested in the growth of the practice.
