We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Launceston pad. THE ROLE:

/n

/n

- Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.

/n

- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.

/n

- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.

/n

- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

/n

- Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

/n

- Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.

/n

- Strong people leadership,



with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.

/n

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service

/n

- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.

/n

- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
