Digital Producer (contract)

The role:

This is a new role at Your Creative, created to bring dedicated coordination to our growing digital impact projects. As a Digital Producer, you’ll be working closely with our UX and Digital Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of design-led web builds and apps.

You’re comfortable holding multiple projects at once without losing the detail, and you bring the kind of steady, clear communication that keeps everyone, clients and internal teams alike, on the same page.

Day to day, you’ll own project management and account communication across a portfolio of active projects and ongoing retainer accounts, coordinating work across discovery, UX design, concept, development, QA, delivery and post-launch review.

You care deeply about design integrity and brand concept, and know how to protect the quality of creative work from ideation all the way through to final delivery.

Project Management

Build and maintain project plans across multiple simultaneous digital projects
Keep work within scope and budget, flagging risks early and resolving them with clarity
Coordinate internal teams across every phase of delivery, from discovery through to post-launch review
Run WIP meetings, status updates and internal check-ins to keep projects moving

Conduct post-launch reviews to assess delivery against brief and capture learnings

Digital Production

Lead production across design-centric web builds with a commitment to design integrity from concept to delivery

Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clients are informed, engaged and confident at every stage
Manage a portfolio of ongoing retainer accounts, handling requests, tracking monthly scope and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinate digital campaigns alongside web builds, including social, EDM and content rollouts

Manage ongoing web maintenance requests, triaging and scheduling work through the development team

Business Development

Contribute to the scoping and estimation of incoming digital projects,



working with the UX and Digital Lead to define scope, timelines and resource requirements
Assist in preparing proposals and return briefs for new digital projects

Participate in new business conversations and pitch presentations where relevant

Our ideal person:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital agency environment, with a clear track record across account management and digital production
Demonstrated experience managing design-centric web builds from brief through to post-launch
Solid understanding of UX and development workflows, and how to coordinate across both
Confident communicator who can translate between client needs and internal creative and technical teams
Experience contributing to project scoping, resource planning and proposal writing
Familiarity with digital campaign delivery across web, social and email channels
Experience managing design-led clients and projects
Strong organisational skills with the ability to hold multiple projects at once
