The Opportunity

From entertaining areas to poolside retreats, you'll guide customers through their purchasing journey by understanding their lifestyle, recommending tailored solutions, and delivering a premium showroom experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through consultative selling
- Understanding customers' outdoor living needs and recommending tailored furniture solutions
- Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs




- Maintaining outstanding showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Assisting with stock presentation and day-to-day showroom operations
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing sales team

What They're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within furniture, homewares, outdoor living, or premium retail
- A passion for customer service and consultative selling
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, results-driven approach with a desire to exceed sales targets
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster

Salary & Benefits

- $60,000 - $65,000 + super
- Attractive commission structure
