Our client is well known for building new homes, townhouse developments and multi-dwelling projects across NSW.

They are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and oversee a new development in the Southern Highlands.

The role:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day supervision and delivery of a residential development
- Plan and coordinate trades, labour and site activities to keep the project progressing to schedule
- Manage both direct employees and subcontractors on site
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing transparent updates on project progress
- Monitor site performance, quality and timelines, ensuring expectations are met throughout the build
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise on site in a timely and practical manner

The requirements:

- At least 3 years' experience in Supervisor role




- A solid background within residential construction - good tenure is very important
- Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building and Construction highly regarded)
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
