An established premium menswear retailer is looking for a driven Full Time Salesperson to join its flagship Parramatta store. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected fashion brand known for quality tailoring, exceptional service, and timeless style.

The Opportunity

Working within a high-performing team, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional customer experience while driving personal sales results. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives in a premium retail environment, and enjoys working towards individual commission.

Roster: 5-day rotating roster (weekend availability required with weekday RDOs)

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through personalised styling and service
- Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining premium visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management




- Supporting daily store operations and maintaining a well-presented sales floor
- Contributing to a positive, cooperative, and high-performing team culture

What They're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within premium or fashion retail
- A genuine passion for menswear, styling, and customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
- Flexible to work weekends as part of a rotating roster

Salary & Benefits

- $63,000 - $65,000 + super
- Uncapped personal commission structure
