A leading premium outdoor furniture retailer is looking for an experienced Area Manager to support its continued growth across Sydney. Working alongside an established Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple locations, coach Store Managers, and drive commercial success across the region.

This is an opportunity for a passionate retail leader who enjoys being in stores, mentoring teams, improving performance, and helping create beautiful customer experiences while building a high-performing retail network.

The Opportunity

As the second Area Manager for the business, you'll partner closely with the existing leadership team to provide hands-on support across multiple stores. You'll be responsible for developing Store Managers, driving sales performance, and ensuring every location consistently delivers premium customer service and operational excellence.

This is a field-based leadership role that suits someone who enjoys balancing commercial strategy with hands-on coaching and people development.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading and supporting multiple retail stores across Sydney
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing Store Managers to achieve outstanding results
- Driving sales growth, profitability, and KPI performance across the region
- Building a high-performance culture focused on customer experience and accountability
- Analysing business performance and implementing action plans to maximise results
- Ensuring consistent visual merchandising, operational standards, and brand presentation
- Supporting recruitment,



succession planning, and talent development
- Working collaboratively with senior leadership to execute business initiatives and drive continued growth

What They're Looking For
- Previous Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Senior Multi-Site leadership experience
- A proven track record of driving sales and improving commercial performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
- Experience leading high-performing retail teams across multiple locations
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Salary & Benefits

- Approximately $100,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)
- Attractive commission structure (approximately 3%)
