Reporting to the General Manager, this great chance is available due to an internal career move. Join the leadership team of this successful international Hotel Group and manage the sales and marketing strategy for this new and exciting centrally located property. THE ROLE
- Drive overall hotel revenue growth by leading integrated sales and marketing strategies across rooms, food and beverage, events, and targeted commercial segments
- Generate new revenue opportunities through business development, key account management, and strong market engagement.
- Develop and strengthen key account relationships to maximise client retention, increase conversion, and grow revenue across rooms, food and beverage, events, and community partnerships

THE MUST HAVES
- Previous DOSM experience in a similar hotel role
- Proven marketing acumen with experience in strategic planning, market positioning, digital marketing and demand generation
- Proven ability to engage, motivate, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that increase revenue performance across accommodation, food & beverage, events and partnership portfolios
- Strong understanding of the local market, including key demand drivers, industry trends, competitive landscape and customer segments
