About the Role:
This position is a combination of both Back Dock and Shop Floor responsibilities, offering variety and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the store. We are particularly seeking someone who is comfortable working in the Back Dock while also bringing strong customer service and shop floor skills.

This is a casual position with the potential to convert to part-time employment for the right candidate. Availability across weekdays is essential, and some weekend work may be required.

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
- Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.




- Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
- Supporting different departments across the store, including Back Dock operations and shop floor services.
- Assisting with stock receipting, processing deliveries, stock replenishment, and maintaining organised storage areas.

- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work weekdays is essential, with flexibility to work some weekends as required.
- Experience in stock handling, back dock operations, or retail store replenishment will be highly regarded.
- Confidence working both behind the scenes and on the shop floor.
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential - we provide training!
