Lead a progressive regional Mental Health and Specialised Services division as Clinical Director (Psychiatrist). This senior role combines strategic leadership with active clinical practice, overseeing specialist mental health programs within a consultant-led, seven-day model of care. You will drive clinical governance, service innovation, and workforce development while maintaining high-quality specialist psychiatric input within your portfolio.
The service is a well-established and expanding regional mental health program delivering care across acute inpatient, consultation–liaison, community, older persons, alcohol and other drugs, and crisis services. Supported by experienced multidisciplinary teams, the department operates within a contemporary consultant-led framework and continues to invest in workforce growth and model-of-care development.
