A premium men's fashion brand is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join its concession within David Jones Elizabeth Street. The Opportunity

Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the concession, supporting team performance, driving sales results, and ensuring every customer receives a premium shopping experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, lead by example, and contribute to achieving robust commercial outcomes.

Roster: 5-day rotating roster, including weekends, with days off during the week.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Supporting the Business Manager with the day-to-day operation of the concession.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs.




- Leading by example on the shop floor through exceptional customer engagement.
- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Assisting with stock management, rostering, and operational processes.
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture.

Salary & Benefits

- $65,000 - $67,000 + super (with flexibility for an exceptional candidate).
