We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

- Salary range: $109,262 to $118,881 p.a. (AO6)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus a range of salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available

About your opportunity

As the Supply and Purchasing Manager, you will lead the delivery of critical supply chain services that support healthcare across Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS). Overseeing purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supply operations, you will ensure clinicians and staff have reliable access to the goods and equipment needed to deliver exceptional patient care.





This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving operational excellence, strengthening governance and compliance, and enhancing financial stewardship across the supply chain function. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, optimise inventory management, and modernise supply chain practices to deliver efficient, responsive, and customer-focused services.
