What will you be doing?
You will be supported by a national candidate database, existing clients to grow and develop, National PSAs, sophisticated recruitment tech, marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads, and leadership that understands how to scale consultants beyond the $500k+ billing mark.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in our Sydney team, you will:

- Manage the full 360 recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
- Managing a hybrid desk of Temporary and Permanent placements with existing, lapsed and new clients
- Develop and manage client relationships within the White Collar, Blue Collar or Trades spaces
- Drive business development and sales efforts to expand our client base.




- Attend client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums to build your network.
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.

What do you need?
You will enjoy working in a High performance team, be passionate about recruitment and supporting both your candidates and client’s needs. You will take pride in your own personal brand and strive to deliver excellence on a daily basis.

Experience required:

- Experience in delivering the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proven sales, business development and Account Management skills.
- A Passion for supporting our candidates throughout pre and post placement
- Existing networks or potential sales channels (advantageous).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create sales opportunities.
- High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
- Team and customer-centric approach to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!
