We are seeking Care Workers to support our customers in Wide Bay area for the following roles:

- Hervey Bay: Casual Domestic Assistant (no experience required) and Permanent Part-Time experienced Care Worker
- Maryborough: Casual Domestic Assistant (no experience required)

About You

- Hold an Australian Driver's Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7am - 6pm, ideally across 3-4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available for experienced Carers)
- Able to complete our paid 2-week training program
- Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care

What We Offer

- Open to entry-level and experienced carers
- $34.80 - $36.59 p/h + super + 25% casual loading (applicable for casual contracts)
- Paid travel time + $1.33 p/km allowance + company phone
- Permanent Contract hours of 30 - 40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts

Your Role

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.

- Entry-level: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep and household support
- Experienced: Personal care (showering, toileting, medications), social support and domestic duties
- Most importantly provide companionship and brighten someone's day
