This leading national tourism company is growing their team and have the opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join them. The Role

- As part of a supportive team based in their head office you will be responsible for managing the return-to-work process for their employees across the country after any work-related injuries.
- Oversee the injury management process
- Develop injury prevention strategies
- Ensure accurate and appropriate record keeping
- Be across relevant legislations state by state
- Manage communication channels between stakeholders, internally and externally

The Must Haves
- Previous experience in a similar injury management or return to work role
- You will need your Work SA - Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation
- Previous experience in managing all workers’ compensation functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills




- Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
