Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Orthopaedic PHO/Reg.
Provide patient care to the highest standard. Your key duties will include patient assessment, daily reviews, coordination of investigations and treatment, and assistance with procedures and outpatient clinics.
You will ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and must be proficient in relevant computer systems.
The role also involves supporting staff, supervising junior doctors—particularly AMC WBA candidates—participating in teaching activities and clinical meetings, contributing to the after-hours roster, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

Our client is a leading regional hospital that has recently completed a major redevelopment. The expansion has added new beds, enhanced services in the rehabilitation unit, and introduced state-of-the-art facilities including a 24-hour emergency department, a current maternity unit, and a special care nursery. The hospital consists of two main facilities offering both Acute and Sub-acute services.
Requirements
Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
RACS Ortho trainees
IMG candidates with RACS assessed as partially/substantially comparable
IMGs with relevant Orthopaedic experience
