An established premium menswear retailer is seeking a Full Time Salesperson to join its Chatswood Chase store. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected fashion brand renowned for quality tailoring, timeless style, and exceptional customer service.

The Opportunity

Joining a passionate and supportive team, you'll play a key role in delivering premium service while building lasting customer relationships. This is a hands-on position where your ability to understand customer needs, recommend the right products, and create an exceptional in-store experience will directly contribute to your success.

Roster: 5-day rotating roster (weekend availability required with weekday RDOs)

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice
- Building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining premium visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management




- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture

What They're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within premium or fashion retail
- A genuine passion for menswear and styling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
- Skilled presentation and a customer-first approach
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotating roster

Salary & Benefits

- $63,000 - $65,000 + super
