The Opportunity:

We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Mulgrave to recruit a Customer Service Representative for an initial 3–6 month temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer enquiries and providing a high level of service.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will play an integral role in managing enquiries, processing orders and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Manage customer issues through to resolution.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding orders, deliveries and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.
- Follow up outstanding customer enquiries and orders.




- Support the wider team with general administration as required.

About You:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support or similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing customer enquiries across phone and email.
- Previous order processing experience highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident learning and navigating different systems.
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Available to commence at short notice.
