Your opportunity:
- The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is a clinical manager, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of patient-centred clinical practice and the provision of human and material resources within Fraser Coast Renal Services. The NUM provides professional and operational leadership and direction to nursing staff, as well as operational leadership to administration, allied health, and operational staff, and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within Fraser Coast Renal Services.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $174,208 p.a., comprising salary between $140,632 - $152,685 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG7) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
