Facility
This major regional health service provides emergency care to a rapidly growing population of approximately 300,000, with more than 85,000 emergency presentations annually across two hospital campuses. Registrars benefit from exposure to a broad and rewarding case mix, including major trauma, complex adult medicine, paediatrics and procedural emergency medicine, supported by a wide range of on-site specialties.

The department offers 24 months of ACEM accreditation, structured weekly teaching aligned to college curricula, dedicated fellowship education, excellent workplace-based assessment support, accredited Anaesthetic and ICU rotations, and opportunities to undertake Special Skills training in Emergency Ultrasound.
