The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of People, Culture & Safety is a newly created executive role responsible for shaping a contemporary people function that supports Twilight's strategic ambitions.
This is an chance to move beyond traditional HR leadership and build the workforce capability, leadership frameworks and organisational systems that will enable sustainable growth. Partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will lead organisation-wide initiatives spanning culture, workforce planning, leadership development, safety, employee experience, industrial relations and people systems.
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and delivering a contemporary People, Culture & Safety strategy aligned to Twilight's future direction.
- Building leadership capability and organisational culture through executive coaching, succession planning and leadership development.
- Leading strategic workforce planning, HR systems implementation and people analytics to strengthen organisational capability.
- Driving employee engagement, workplace safety and organisational change while ensuring compliance with employment, industrial and WHS frameworks.

About you
You are a strategic People & Culture leader who has successfully led organisational transformation across complex, multi-site environments. You combine commercial thinking with high emotional intelligence and are recognised for building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and creating workplaces where people and performance thrive.
You will bring:

- Executive People & Culture leadership experience within complex service-based organisations.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change, workforce transformation and leadership capability initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and workplace health and safety.
- A collaborative, authentic leadership style with the ability to guide executives through change while building organisational capability.
