Job Description

The Role

Are you looking for a new challenge and want to make a meaningful impact in your community? Do you have strong life experience and empathy, and enjoy working with people from all walks of life? If so, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

As a Housing Officer with Vinnies Housing, you'll work from our Toowoomba based office and be part of a supportive, state-wide team delivering compassionate housing services to people in need. You'll manage a small, focused portfolio that allows you to truly connect with tenants and help sustain long-term housing outcomes.

What you'll do:

- Build respectful, supportive relationships with tenants to help them sustain their housing




- Deliver day-to-day tenancy and property management services
- Collaborate with internal teams and local service providers
- Ensure tenancy and property compliance in line with relevant policies and legislation

This is a Permanent, Part time position (25 hours per week) based in Toowoomba. Some local travel will be required from time to time, with a vehicle available for work-related travel.
