About the opportunity
Join HealthShare NSW as the Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing Wagga Wagga Linen Services Site and operations to ensure effective and efficient service delivery aligned with customer requirements and organizational objectives.

In this key role, you'll lead and direct staff to manage operational issues and trends, fostering a performance-driven, customer-focused work culture. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, you'll promote HealthShare NSW's Linen Service, provide informed advice, and ensure customer needs are met for effective production outcomes.

Your responsibilities include ensuring operational compliance with corporate governance and risk policies, implementing cost control procedures, and developing strategies and business plans to enhance service delivery responsiveness and achieve operational efficiencies.
