The Role You’ll have dedicated time to consult with clients by appointment, allowing you to focus on delivering personalised cruise experiences that exceed expectations. - Designing and selling bespoke cruise itineraries
- Managing client relationships from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
- Delivering exceptional, tailored customer service
- Leveraging cruise and travel expertise to maximise sales opportunities
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team
About You
- Previous experience in retail travel consulting
- Proven sales success and strong conversion ability
- GDS experience (Amadeus preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A genuine passion and interest in cruise products
- Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
