Trangie Multi-Purpose Service is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department on a contract basis from 17 August to 3 October 2026. This is a seven-week opportunity offering $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, based in Trangie, NSW. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced ED workplace, taking on shift leadership responsibilities and delivering high-quality emergency care to the local community.

Preferred Requirements

- Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Department
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS)

- Proven ability to work in charge of a shift and manage team dynamics under pressure
- Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills in an acute care setting
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated specialist knowledge in Emergency Nursing
- Additional certifications such as TNCC or PALS are advantageous
