Who we’re looking for?

- A keen interest in the property market with 1-3 years' experience (residential, commercial or related), with curiosity and ambition to grow in the office leasing industry.

- Queensland Real Estate licence required for this role or willingness to complete prior to starting.

- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Curious, proactive and eager to learn from an experienced and supportive team.

- Strong analytical skills, including confidence using Excel and interpreting leasing data.

- Ambitious qualified ready to grow their expertise and take increasing ownership of their work.

- Use Excel to support leasing analysis and cash flow modelling.
