Director Support Officer – Medical | Support. Coordinate. Make a Difference.

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support while helping a busy medical team deliver quality healthcare

Your new role:

As the Director Support Officer – Medical, you will provide efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director and medical staff, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. You will:

- Act as a key point of contact, managing incoming and outgoing communications and preparing correspondence, briefs and other documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, calls and visitors, as well as conference and workshop arrangements including travel and accommodation.
- Maintain effective office records, filing systems and databases while ensuring administrative workflows are organised and efficient.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy to establish priorities, meet deadlines and support the smooth functioning of the unit.
