About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant who is motivated, customer-focused and driven to achieve outstanding results.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in vehicle sales
- Previous Hyundai experience is preferred
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
- A positive, can-do attitude and professional presentation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Strong negotiation,

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery

- Maintain solid product knowledge across the Hyundai range
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products and finance offerings
- Collaborate with the wider dealership team to drive sales growth
