An excellent opportunity has become available for a Junior Project Manager to join an established and highly regarded commercial builder with a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne, Victoria.
This is a great opportunity for a capable Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and gain greater ownership across the full project lifecycle.
You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager and broader delivery team, gaining exposure to a diverse range of commercial construction projects including new builds, fitouts, refurbishments and extensions.

The Role

- Assist with the management and delivery of commercial construction projects
- Support the Project Manager across cost, program, procurement and delivery
- Manage project documentation, contracts and project reporting
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Assist with procurement, variations, progress claims and forecasting
- Monitor project timelines, quality and construction milestones
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with the site team
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

About You





- Experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
- Ambition to progress into a Project Manager position
