You’ll work alongside a dynamic partner and a collaborative group of lawyers on cutting-edge commercial matters that shape industries.
This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in legal administration who’s ready to take more ownership, sharpen their skills, and be part of a firm that invests in your growth.
You’ll be the go-to support for our Corporate team, handling a mix of legal and business-focused tasks that keep things running smoothly:
- Liaising confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Preparing court documents, briefs, and correspondence
- Managing files and opening new matters
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handling billing, time coding, and reporting
- Supporting events and business development initiatives
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready to take the reins. You’ll thrive here if you have:
- Solid time management and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with CMS/Aderant or similar finance software
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build great relationships
Experience in a commercial law firm is a big plus—but if you’ve got the drive and the right attitude, we’ll help you grow into the role.
