Venue Manager - Brisbane Airport (SSP Australia)

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and skilled Venue Managers to join our team and assist in elevating our restaurants to new heights.

Our Brisbane Airport operation is a multi-venue Food & Beverage diverse hospitality operation including bar, cafe, coffee outlets and restaurant venues

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to head up one of these exceptional venues at Brisbane Airport. You will work alongside some of the best in the business, a highly supportive leadership team and warm and friendly colleagues.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork

- Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly

- Team Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead staff, ensuring top-tier performance

- Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive team

What You Bring:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for food and hospitality

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude

- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success

Requirements:

- 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar management role

- Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential)

- Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one

- Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
