Take on a key role as a Boilermaker on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work across a leading mining operation. Bring your skills, safety focus and team mindset and gain consistent work, solid support, and a crew that values your contribution. Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion.
Casual Rates commencing from:
Boilermaker:
- Dayshift: $65.40 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading + penalties
- Nightshift: $78.48 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading + penalties
Allowances:
- Site Allowance: $4.50 per hour
- Mobilisation Payment: 14.4 hours (2x standard OTE days) paid first full pay period, following successful completion of your first work cycle
The Role
- Structural fabrication, repairs, and modifications
- Installation, replacement, and alignment of mechanical and structural
- Welding, gouging, cutting, and plate work across fixed plant equipment
- Inspection, fault finding, and repair of wear components and structural defects
- Work to drawings, weld procedures, and quality standards
About You
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- BHP experience desirable
- 5 years experience in maintenance or construction
- Construction White Card
- Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
- Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
