About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Plant Operator and Warehouse Hand to join our team. Key duties will include:

- Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently

- Conducting batching of raw materials and monitoring the manufacturing process

- Assembling products according to specifications

- Managing the movement, storage and packing of stock

- Completing work orders and maintaining production records

- Picking and packing customer and internal orders

- Labelling, packing and preparing finished products for dispatch

- Assisting with inventory control and stocktakes

- Following WH&S; procedures and contributing to a safe workplace





- Participating in scheduled maintenance activities as directed

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

- Holds a current Forklift Licence (Licence to Perform High Risk Work)

- Has experience in manufacturing and/or warehousing operations

- Holds a current Queensland Driver's Licence

- Is physically fit and capable of manual lifting using correct technique

- Can follow operating procedures and safety guidelines

- Is an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident (visa applicants are not being considered for this role)

Highly desirable:

- Has a Working at Heights ticket or relevant experience

- Has a Working in Confined Spaces ticket or relevant experience

- Has previous experience with machine operation
