We are currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team at our new car dealership on a permanent full-time basis. Trainee's welcome to apply

The Role:

Working closely with the sales management team our candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, and results driven with a proven track record within a high volume, dynamic dealership setting

- Assisting the sales team with double closing and deal negotiation

- Facilitating finance & insurance transactions for dealership customers

- Ensure outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience

- Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements

- Accurate and timely reporting

- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting & exceeding KPI's

CBMG Business Manager Attributes

- Minimum 1–2 years' experience as an Automotive Business Manager.

- Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service

- Current Tier II Certification and financier accreditation

- Excellent work ethic and a “can do” Attitude

- Demonstrated ability to build lasting business relationships





- Strong sense of professional integrity

- Confident sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

- Ability to prioritise workload and meet targets

- Good computer literacy, experience using Office 365 & CRM systems
