Responsibilities

- Collaborate with machine operators to execute main road and industrial projects efficiently.

- Perform concreting tasks including but not limited to footpaths, pavements, gutters, and curbs.

- Execute screeding, boxing, shoring, compacting, and levelling tasks with precision and attention to detail.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Support the team with various labor tasks outside the scope of concreting when required.

- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace at all times.

- Contribute to a culture of mutual respect and inclusion within the workplace.

Qualifications





- Completion of Trade Certification in Concreting or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven ability to carry out concreting tasks effectively and independently.

- Solid understanding and prior experience with screeding, boxing, shoring, compacting, and levelling.

- Possess own basic tools necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
