We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and working within a team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Positive leadership and explicit direction to staff

- Strong communication skills with customers and ability to handle difficult or barred customers

- Excellent product knowledge

- Ability to stay calm under pressure

- Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop

- Current RSA, Advanced Gaming and RP badge essential

- Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster
