Administration Assistant/ CSO | Accounting Firm

Salary: $75K – $85K + Super

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing ASIC requirements including company registrations, annual reviews and company updates

- Preparing and lodging registrations and documentation with the ATO, including ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG matters

- Assisting with workflow management, deadlines and WIP monitoring

- Communicating with clients, ASIC and the ATO regarding general queries and requirements

- Assisting with invoicing, billing and general practice administration

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

- 2+ years’ administration experience within an Australian accounting or professional services firm

- A friendly,



approachable and team-oriented personality

- Experience using Xero and/or accounting practice management systems
