Raine & Horne Bundaberg is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our close-knit and friendly team.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants while working closely with trades and the wider agency team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Liaising with tradespeople and coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Conducting routine property inspections

- Managing maintenance requests and ensuring issues are followed through

- Monitoring rent payments and managing arrears

- Managing the leasing process from start to finish, including applications, approvals and new tenancies

- Providing proactive communication and regular updates to clients

- Assisting with property management business development and prospecting for new managements

- Ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently, professionally and in accordance with legislation

About You





We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in residential property management, with minimum 1–2+ years' experience in a similar role

- A confident and professional communicator

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills

- Positive, reliable and proactive

- Comfortable working independently and using initiative

- A strong team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment

- Customer-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional experience

- Well presented and professional

- Passionate about property management and keen to continue learning and developing

- Confident using property management software, with PropertyMe experience highly regarded

What You'll Need

- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Licence

- Valid Queensland Driver Licence

- Previous residential property management experience

- PropertyMe or similar property management software experience

- A genuine commitment to providing excellent service

A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel during business hours.
