Fredon Air (WA), part of the Fredon Group, is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Perth-based team. We deliver high-quality mechanical service, maintenance, and essential building systems support to some of WA’s most iconic facilities, including hospitals, transport hubs, universities, shopping centres, and civic buildings.

About the Role

You will carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and minor project works across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house coordination and management team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and breakdown repairs on HVAC systems

- Diagnose faults and provide timely, high-quality solutions

- Complete detailed service reports using mobile technology

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on-site

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Cert III or higher)

- Current ARCtick licence (essential)

- WA Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)





- Current Driver’s Licence

- White Card

- A strong focus on safety, communication, and customer satisfaction

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
