The Opportunity
You'll join our Gregory Hills team, managing a strong portfolio of key accounts while hunting out new opportunities to drive business growth across the South West of Sydney area.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Managing key accounts with full operational support

· Building strong partnerships with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions

· Identifying and securing new business opportunities

· Conducting regular site visits and candidate interactions to strengthen relationships

· Managing early-morning Start-Ups at client sites (6am starts required)





· Promoting a culture of safety through inductions and toolbox talks

· Supporting the Operations Team with daily rosters and database management

What We’re Looking For

· Proven recruitment industry experience

· A solid record in both client service and business development

· Excellent communication and influencing skills

· Passion for the labour hire and industrial sectors

· Natural leadership skills and a proactive approach

· The flexibility to manage client requirements through peak period and changes
