As Deputy Director-General, Corporate Services, you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio that enables the delivery of justice and community services to Queenslanders. Reporting to the Director-General, you will lead key corporate functions including finance, people and culture, information technology, legal services, infrastructure and governance to enable the successful delivery of government priorities across the Justice portfolio.

Leading through transformation, you will champion innovation, strengthen capability, demonstrate fiscal responsibility, and ensure the department's corporate services remain contemporary, resilient and customer-focused.

As a trusted adviser to the Director-General and the executive leadership team, you will influence strategic decision-making and drive department-wide reform that supports the Justice portfolio.

You will:

• Provide strategic leadership across corporate services functions to enable government and departmental priorities.
• Drive transformation, innovation and continuous improvement to strengthen organisational capability and performance.
• Build strong partnerships across government, statutory offices and stakeholders to deliver shared strategic outcomes.

An understanding of public sector accountability mechanisms will be key.
