The Opportunity:

As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you'll provide advanced technical support across a broad range of technologies, resolving escalated incidents while mentoring Level 1 Engineers and contributing to service improvements.

You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, working with modern technologies and building strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Escalate and coordinate issues with senior engineers where required.
- Mentor and support Level 1 Engineers.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles.




- Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues.
- Assist with infrastructure projects and technology deployments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level agreements.

About You:

- 3+ years' experience in IT support, including Level 2 support within a consulting or similar environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Experience supporting Windows environments, networking and infrastructure.
- Exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Teams, Azure, networking highly regarded.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
