Summary
Townsville Hospital and Health Service are seeking a Patient Service Officer to join the Women's and Children's Clinics team at the Kirwan Health Camppuson a Permanent Full-time basis.
Deliver exceptional person-centred service and administrative support to patients, families and the public.
About the work unit / facility:
The Women's and Children's Service Group is one of six Service Groups responsible for health services provided outside Townsville Hospital. The Service Group includes Child Community Services, Cleveland Youth Detention Centre, Offender Health, Oral Health, BreastScreen, Paediatric Services, Women's and Children's Services and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

- Salary range: $79,685 to $88,586 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity:
Join the Women's and Children's Clinics as a Patient Services Officer and provide expceptional person-centred service to patients, families and the public. As part of the administration team, you will support patient flow, maintain accurate patient information, assist with admissions, bookings and discharge processes, and contribute to the effective delivery of administrative services.
You'll build positive relationships with patients and colleagues, respond to changing demands and use your initiative, communication and organistaional skills to deliver quality patient-focused outcomes.
Requirements:
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
