? $130,000+ Package + Uncapped Incentive Income

You'll receive a package of over $130,000 per annum, depending on experience, together with performance-based incentive bonuses offering genuine, uncapped additional earning potential.

You'll also receive a 10% incentive on all self-referred clients, giving you the opportunity to increase your income as you build strong client relationships and your professional network.

For the right proactive, highly polished go-getter, there is genuine potential to earn $140,000+ per annum.

The Opportunity

You will manage approximately 20–30+ family law matters, taking responsibility from initial instruction through to resolution.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own matters while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

As the practice continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to the development of the team and progress into a Senior Associate and leadership position.

Your Experience

You will have demonstrated experience managing end-to-end family law matters, including:

- Property matters

- Children's matters

- Divorce

- Binding Financial Agreements (BFA's)





- Parenting arrangements

- Mediation

- Consent Orders

- Financial disclosure

- Urgent recovery matters

- Enforcement of Family Law Orders

- Superannuation splitting

- Negotiated settlements

- Client negotiations and relationship management

- Achieving billing targets

Court appearance experience, or a willingness to appear in court, will be highly regarded.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 3+ years PAE in Family Law

- Can confidently manage 20–30+ matters

- Has robust end-to-end family law experience

- Has a genuine client-first attitude

- Is highly organised, efficient and commercially aware

- Can effectively prioritise competing demands

- Has demonstrated experience achieving billing targets

- Takes ownership and accountability for their matters

- Communicates exceptionally well with clients

- Enjoys working collaboratively with a team

- Is ambitious and wants to progress their career

- Has the ability and desire to mentor others

- Wants to play an important role in a growing business

Systems Experience

Experience with the following systems will be highly regarded:

- Smokeball

- Smokeball Billing

- Adobe

- SharePoint

- Family/Property Portal
