Your Opportunity
As the Team Leader in our Workforce Australia program, you will lead with purpose - driving performance, building capability, and shaping a culture where people thrive. You’ll guide a team of Employment Consultants, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.
This role suits a resilient, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments - bringing clarity to complexity, leading through change, and balancing performance with meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a positive, accountable and growth-focused culture through regular coaching, feedback, recognition and capability development.
- Drive performance through effective caseload management, data-driven decision making and a strong focus on contractual and organisational targets.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery while maintaining compliance with Workforce Australia requirements, policies and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations and key stakeholders to enhance participant opportunities and program outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise team effectiveness and service performance.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership driving team performance and capability in fast-paced, KPI-focused environments.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate others and lead through change.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build productive relationships across employers, community organisations and internal teams.
- Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
